Peter Oyewole

Peter Oyewole is a Graduate Instructor and doctoral candidate in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, USA. He holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor’s degree in Teacher Education from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His research focuses include Teacher Preparation, Science Education, and Sustainability.
With a professional background that spans instructional coaching, curriculum innovation, and international education partnerships, Peter has over a decade of experience working with educators in both urban and rural settings. He has supported teacher development programs across multiple continents, including the USA and Nigeria in West Africa, where he has contributed to grassroots efforts to improve learning outcomes and promote equity in early learning. Peter’s work has been featured in peer-reviewed journals and global conferences, and he remains passionate about empowering teachers to be agents of change in their classrooms and communities.
