A seasoned educational leader with a “mission-driven” approach, JohnEric has dedicated his career to building cohesive teams and implementing research-based practices that empower educators to innovate. His leadership philosophy centers on collaborative decision-making and distributive leadership.
His extensive global background includes serving as a Senior Leader at American and international schools such as the American School of Dubai, Singapore American School, and Hong Kong International School. These roles, alongside his most recent position as Head of the Lower School at The Wardlaw + Hartridge School, have equipped him with an understanding of how curricular innovations can lead to immediate improvements in student performance.
JohnEric holds a Master of Education in International Administration and Supervision from The College of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College. He has served on multiple Schools Boards both in public and private, independent schools. And finally, he has also served on the land use board for his town in New Jersey.
